Self care when you have "no time"

It’s no surprise that women carry the role of caregiver in most families. And so often, women are the last to take care of themselves because they “don’t have time”.

Here are a few ways to improve your self care today without a lot of time.

  1. Start your day with a list of 5 things you are grateful for in this moment.

  2. Listen to your favorite podcast, book on tape or music while you are doing household tasks such as cooking, cleaning or laundry.

  3. Incorporate more of your favorite products into your daily routines (I like using my essential oils diffuser and burning candles)

  4. Speak kindly to yourself while you are putting on your makeup, fixing your hair or simply washing your hands, I like saying a simple “I love you”.

  5. Place your hand on your heart and take 5 deep breaths It’s simple, but it’s super effective!

  6. Drink water from your favorite cup, I like adding fresh fruit and drinking from a straw.
